We are looking for a dynamic and proactive HR professional to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, compliance, and performance management. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and a good understanding of HR policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
- Coordinate employee induction and orientation programs.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases in compliance with company policies.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee queries and provide timely resolutions.
- Support payroll processing and leave/attendance management.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communication.
- Monitor performance appraisal cycles and support managers in the process.
- Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.) is maintained.
- Collaborate with internal departments for smooth HR operations.
Skills :
- Experience in ITES/BPO Services or fast-paced environments.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms.
- Exposure to HR analytics and data reporting.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of HR functions and labor laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s/master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience Requirements:
1–3 years of relevant HR experience (for executive level).
