Job Description:

We are seeking skilled and certified Medical Coders to join our expanding healthcare operations team. In this position, you will evaluate medical documentation and accurately assign CPT, ICD-10-CM, and HCPCS codes for diagnoses, procedures, and services. Your work will ensure precise billing, compliant claims, and optimal reimbursement outcomes. Collaboration with physicians, billing specialists, and compliance teams will be essential to uphold accuracy and regulatory standards.

Day Shift: 9 AM to 6 PM
Night Shift: 9 PM to 6 AM

Responsibilities:

• Review medical charts and documentation to assign accurate ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes.
• Maintain compliance with payer policies, federal guidelines, and HIPAA requirements.
• Coordinate with physicians and healthcare teams to verify coding accuracy and resolve documentation queries.
• Address coding-related denials and audit requests to support smooth claim processing.
• Stay current with industry updates, regulatory changes, and coding standards.
• Support revenue cycle improvement initiatives to enhance reimbursement and reduce claim issues.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Education: Life-science-related degree
• Certifications: CPC, CCS, or equivalent mandatory
