Your primary responsibility will be reviewing medical records and assigning accurate ICD-10-CM codes for Risk Adjustment, while ensuring alignment with CMS guidelines.

Day Shift: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Responsibilities:
- Review and interpret patient medical records to accurately assign ICD-10-CM codes for HCC
- Work closely with QA and Team Leads to resolve coding queries and ensure quality
- Maintain compliance with federal coding regulations and internal policies
- Extract and document relevant clinical information with precision
- Participate in audits and apply feedback for continuous improvement
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
- Ability to work with accuracy, consistency, and focus
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
Qualifications:
- Hands-on knowledge of ICD-10-CM guidelines
- Trained or certified medical coders preferred (CPC, CRC, or equivalent)
- Any graduate may apply
Education Requirements:
Any Graduate.
CPC, CRC, or equivalent certification is preferred.
Experience Requirements:
Prior experience in Medical Coding is required
